My most popular massage. Therapeutic massage incorporates Swedish Massage techniques with deeper tissue techniques such as CranioSacral Therapy and Myofascial Release. This massage is geared to relieve the deep muscle issues in specific areas of need, resulting in relief from deep muscle soreness, muscle spasms and increased range of motion.

Swedish Massage
A massage given with long gliding strokes and gentle manipulation of the soft tissues. Swedish massage enhances the circulation resulting in the soothing of sore muscles and ultimate relaxation.

1/2 Hour Regional Massage
A shorter version of Therapeutic Massage, a 30 minute session will address specific areas, such as neck and shoulder tension, sinuses, tight legs & hips, lumbar region, etc.

SomatoEmotional Release
A specific subcategory of CST, SomatoEmotional Release is a therapeutic process that helps rid the mind and body of residual effects of past trauma and associated negative responses. Following trauma, the body isolates the “energy cyst.” SomatoEmotional Release has a goal to help the client physically identify and expel the energy cyst through re-experiencing and resolving incidents.” (Previous CST treatment required.) - The Upledger Institute.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage is specifically designed to relieve the physical discomforts of pregnancy. Relief from aching back muscles, leg cramps, and fatigue will bring benefit to both mother and baby. Massage may begin after the first trimester. Written physician permission is required.

Hot Stone Therapy
An ancient healing art that uses hot river stones to enhance circulation, allow for deeper muscle work, and ultimately a deeper state of relaxation.

Reiki
Reiki is an ancient Eastern healing modality; its name derived from two Japanese words, meaning "Universal Energy". Reiki promotes healing, helps to maintain wellness, and balances energy on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels.

Lymphatic Drain
Lymphatic Drainage Therapy uses a feather light touch stroke and/or gentle pulsing to stimulate the lymphatic system, aiding in the removal of toxins from the body. It is helpful in reducing swelling, stimulates the immune system, reduces fatigue, and aids in digestive elimination. Quarterly drains are recommended. Please inquire about special dietary guidelines when scheduling your appointment.

Thai Massage
Thai Massage, also known as Yoga Massage, assisted yoga, "lazy man's" yoga, or ancient massage, was developed more than 2000 years ago in Thailand. The session is performed using a mat on the floor with both the practitioner and client fully clothed in very stretchy or loose fitting clothing (no lotions or oils are necessary). The technique uses passive assisted stretching, rhythmic pressing, and acupressure to balance the client's energy, relax muscles, improve circulation and lymphatic flow,
improve range of motion & flexibility, and relaxes the mind and body. Most people say it both relaxes and rejuvenates - They often feel awakened and energized as well as deeply grounded and peaceful.
$80 per 70 minute session or $105 per 90 minute session

ALL PACKAGES MUST BE USED WITHIN 1 YEAR OF THE PURCHASE DATE. UNUSED SESSIONS WILL BE FORFEITED AT THAT TIME.
Packages may be used towards 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions, but not split to 30 minute sessions. Packages may be shared! - just let me know if a friend, family member, co-worker, etc. will be using it (and please note: it must still be used within 1 year of the original purchase date).
