UPDATE 16 JULY 2025:  

Hello, All!  Just a quick update.  I am still healing but things so far are going mostly well.  I can begin arm "exercises" with my right arm (though nothing overhead yet), but am still waiting for the drain on the left to be removed (next week hopefully) before I can do them on the left side.  I have been staying with 2 of my sisters & they and their families have been amazing, and will be returning to my place full time shortly (I have been there when around for doctors appts, so it hardly seems like I've been gone).  I meet with the radiologist this week to begin the pre-radiation stuff, so that I can begin that after my 6 week surgery recovery.  So far it looks like I am on schedule, so I look forward to seeing everyone in mid-September! I haven't gotten permission yet regarding doing Reiki as it seems a bit premature, so I will contact those on the Reiki Only list if/when I get that approval.  I hope you are all surviving this oppressive heat & smoke, and thank you to those that have reached out with their prayers & support.  You are truly a special group of people!! Hello All!  I just wanted to let you know the surgery has gone well and I am sore, but recovering well.  Thank you all for your support and I hope to see you soon...ish.  Have a safe and Happy INDEPENDENCE Day!!

I will be be out of the office indefinitely recovering from surgery and radiation. They are estimating 6 weeks for surgery & 6 for radiation (they don't want me working during radiation due to the area of treatment and the type of work I do), which looks like I will be returning roughly  mid-September. Please continue to check in here as I will be posting my updates on this page.

If you want to contact me in the mean time, just text me at 313-451-0102 & I will get back to you when I can. I will also try to find out if I can do Reiki or something that doesn't involve my pectoral muscles during the latter recovery time. • If my name is listed and there is a dash, it means I am booked that day, but can add you to a waiting list
• If there is just a dash after the day, I am out of the office
